The girl who I cheated off me in history class in high school is now the biggest anti-vaxxer and conspiracy theorist I know. There is some new conspiracy about Gabby Petito being linked to something about Sandy Hook that she was pushing on Instagram this morning. Like this girl would probably be asking the same question this tweet is talking about.

That people still don’t get/decide to ignore that it’s not a personal choice when it can impact those around you in fatal ways is the dumbest fucking thing

 

I think it should be a personal choice, but if you choose not to there should be consequences. Like you don’t get to play in games and get paid. Can’t fly, etc, etc.

The choice exists, it’s just highly painful and incentives are aligned for the greater good. Something the NBA could easily do.

 

Ugh, the school my sister teaches at just received a threat. A student wrote on the bathroom wall that they will shoot up the school on Thursday, September 30th and that it is not a joke.

The school sent out a super vague email to teachers basically saying "yeah we're not gonna do anything about it but we're in contact with law enforcement"
