Actually, yes. Always wear mask indoors, haven't eaten indoors at a restaurant in 2.5 years (although NYC makes it so easy to eat outdoors these days), haven't gone to an indoor concert in that span either. I've been sick once in that span and it's wonderful

But the far more important problem with the tweet is less the issue of whether the people who want more serious guidelines are absolutely perfect at following the best public health practices, and more the fact that she's outright saying that the CDC is following what's popular as opposed to said best public health practices. The job of the CDC is to tell us what we need to do to prevent 500 preventable deaths a day, not to "meet people where they're at." The "the science" (whatever that vague term even means) change because people are tired of masks? I would have to assume not

I mean the CDC even has a guidance not to eat raw cookie dough for goodness sake. It's literally only with COVID that they care about whether people would "like" a guidance or not as opposed to what will actually keep people healthy

WaWa used to be better but then they switched from armoroso rolls to baking their own and the quality dipped so much. Don’t have enough sheetz around here to do a more up to date comparison but last time I had sheetz it was okay

 

I’ve never been to Sheetz but Wawa is the best.

Great hoagies and they’ve also really expanded their options the past few years too.

 

Sheetz is better IMO.

I went to Sheetz way more than Wawa when I lived in Central PA. The closest Wawa was in Philly and that was like a 3 hour drive from Mechanicsburg.

 

I do wonder how they’ll be able to adjust to people’s needs without an audiologist setup but this is a great thing. I’ve been wanting to replace my ten year old hearing aids but it’s so expensive so this is a big help.

 

Never been to wawa but sheetz is fine. It’s fast food from a gas station the ceiling is only so high.
