We don't have any good party/bbq invites and I'm grateful. I haven't run my smoker in a couple of months so I'll probably buy some nicer-than-usual meats and grilling-veg for a nice day chilling outside with maybe a couple of friends.

But most importantly, my wife and I are currently working with some friends to figure out which 25th Anniversary screening of Men In Black to get blitzed for on Sunday.

 

wouldn't that be some fucked up shit of that were true.

 

Doing fireworks with friends on Monday

 

Basically all my friends are on vacation so no plans yet but I have a big tattoo scheduled on the 5th so can’t get too wild.

I'm on call for the 4th, so as long as the server doesn't melt or something equally apocalyptic, I'll be home relaxing, either finishing Danganronpa V3, or more likely starting Elden Ring.

I think I have a half day today (Not sure yet), but I have errands to run before the end of tomorrow. I plan on not using my car or spending a single cent July 3-5. Good thing my boss gave us the 5th off! But I'll be soaking up the sun on my back deck and pool with many drinks and some good weed!

Getting drunk in New Haven and seeing Garbage tomorrow

They are still touring?!?!?!?!? Love it!

 

Same! But going to the Niagara Falls show on Sunday.

 

Their last record is actually quite good, "The Men Who Rule The World" is quite pertinent right now. They spent the last 2 years on the road with Tears for Fears and Alanis Morissette.

 

Now that is a tour I would love to be at! I'll have to check out their album for sure!

 

Fireworks suck, plus I just have no reason to celebrate this shithole country. But I’ll always take a day off work, so I’ll celebrate a labor win

 

I was voluntold that I'll be spending my nice day off with my in laws and I'm not looking forward to being around a bunch of poorly parented screaming children all day when I could be relaxing at home hah

Saw them last week in Boston opening for Tears. Tomorrow Garbage is doing a headlining show so my girlfriend and I are super excited
