If Governor Greg Abbott is known for one thing, it is for his strong advocacy for good mental health treatment for all Texans. Whatever it takes to make sure all citizens of Texas have access to all of the healthcare that they need, including mental health care. That's how he got his nickname, Greg "Healthcare" Abbott.

I'm sitting here wondering why I feel so uptight, anxious, punchy, and frustrated today.

Then I realize well .. no shit ... and I just don't get how society expects us to just go to work each day when this is what is going on in our world. It's ... hard.

After a week of being sick with COVID, I’m finally testing negative. It was one of the worst illnesses I’ve had in several years. High temps, brain fog, chills, etc. I stayed home from work and couldn’t enjoy anything because I was so sick and uncomfortable. No idea what strain I got, but it’s nothing I would wish on anyone but my worst of enemies.

 

Were you vaxxed and boosted or just vaxxed?

 

Money for extra IRS enforcement just seems like a bad investment. Will it actually crack down on people (mainly the wealthy) who evade taxes or is it throwing money at the IRS to crack down on those who can't afford to fight it and ultimately spending more money than it brings in?

 

Also, with Manchin, I need to know who gets "Energy Tax Credits". With everything we know about Manchin, it's probably going to be tax credits for coal.

The fact that guns are banned from this event tells you everything you need to know about these fucking people.

 

The ONLY small sliver of hope I have in this situation is for the families of the teachers and kids to sue the ever-living fuck out of this gun company and get every last dime they can out of them. This one ad alone could do a lot of damage from a legal standpoint. I know lawyers typically end up with the bulk of the money in these scenarios, but I don't know what else to feasibly suggest at the moment. We all know the obvious things that should've happened a long time ago to prevent tragedies like this, but the Remington lawsuit came to mind here, so thought it's something worth suggesting.
