I’d simply not make any decisions based on what Fox and Republicans are going to say about me. It’s pathetic to suck their thumbs and worry about what those ghouls will say anyway. No one votes cause of civility and 70% of the country agrees with you.

That's really it, conservatives just don't like the idea of people getting to freely have sex because it makes them feel icky and insecure, so they want to punish it. It's the same reason reddit dudes report nude sellers to the IRS, and the same reason teenagers publicly slut shame each other. And unsurprisingly there's a healthy serving of misogyny in there, but really I think it's just general anti-chad bias.

 

Received an email from my manager saying that everyone needs to use their PTO asap. Also, several members of my team are currently working mandatory overtime.

That...doesn't make any sense.

Healthcare admin. It's just...you can't be mad at people for not using PTO when you already have them working overtime. And if they do take time off everyone else will have to work more overtime to keep up.

This is still preferable to just hiring more people apparently.

 

I don't want a single one of them to ever have a quiet family holiday again. I want them to always be looking behind their shoulder in fear. I want the protestors to be relentless and for their families to resent their abhorrent views and blatant disregard for more than 50 years of precedent.

This is not the time to play nice. They didn't play nice to get to where they could pull this off. The other side can't play nice and expect to get anywhere close to fixing this BS.

 

It makes it harder for the Dems to be controlled opposition to the GOP when they’re going off the rails and voters are expecting actual fight back but really they just wanna continue fundraising each election on the potential of what they GOP could do

 

I don’t care if they can never go outside in peace again. I was referring to members of their family, like their children, who obviously have nothing to do with their views and decisions on the court that don’t deserve threats and problems when going out in public.

I don’t know if that is actually happening at all but that’s what I understood the point of the bill to be.
