Each time it has happened, it's locked me out for about two hours, and then I have to go through a series of confirmation questions to prove it's me. But it shows me all recent activity such as posts, comments, messages, friend requests, etc and you can pick and choose if any of them weren't you. And every time, there's absolutely nothing suspicious.

They've also made me change my password like, 10 times in the past week, it's so annoying.

The only thing I can think of is someone is trying to log into my account a ton but can't get the password correct.

A coworker and I had been discussing this same issue for months. This article sheds a lot of light on certain parts of the issue that never made sense to me.

 

Agreed -- it doesn't offer up much (if anything) in the way of new evidence, but it does a good job of giving an overview without leaning into conspiracy theories or rejecting the theory by default.
