Without doubt. I mean, it would have to be invoked by the WH, which, as far as I know, it officially hasn’t. Even this Bannon stuff isn’t an official invoking of privilege. Right now, he is just saying that he isn’t answering so that the WH has the option of invoking privilege. But if it goes to court, the WH has to make a determination.

Because it isn’t Bannon’s to invoke.

it really needs to go to court because basically every time someone from trump admin gets questioned they do everything short of citing the letter of the courts establishing the concept of executive privilege, then they deny they're claiming it.

 

but if they keep insisting there's no collusion why can't they get a straight answer out of Steve Bannon. So which is it?
