I would categorize Jones winning as improbable, but not impossible.

If it were anywhere other than Alabama, I might have hope. I still think Moore is gonna win by at least 2-3 points.

 

I can honestly say that I expected Trump to win. I am from the Midwest and grew up with Cleveland sports. I drove around multiple states seeing pretty split support for Trump and Hilary, which I thought meant a win for Trump. I also was cultured in a way through my sports teams to become pretty pessimistic and expecting the worst scenario. My feeling was that if Trump won the republican nomination that he would win president. I actually switched from a registered democrat in Ohio to a republican so that I could vote against him in the primary.

Yeah I have absolutely no hope. Between the state GOP voters coming home, the voter suppression tactics the state has employed for years now, and the nakedly manipulative way that ballot is written, there’s no way in hell Moore loses.

That 49-51 margin would’ve been real nice though. Especially considering whoever wins this race isn’t up for re-election until 2020.

 

It would be really interesting if the election is decided by like, less than 500 votes.

this seems exactly the opposite of how a stay should be used. stuff is going to get deleted. there will be no getting it back. stay would only make sense if it prevented stuff from getting deleted...
