Well, at least the Phillies have a possible future and the city does love them haha

I'm afraid to go to a phillies cardinals game and wear my cards stuff but I feel like I have to at least once

Oh yeah they have the winter wonderland light thing at tilles park

 

Philly sports are very political.

 

Phils fans aren't generally too bad. I'm sure you'll get some drunk asshole who yells something at you but it's not like the old Eagles games and eagles fans in general are just a bit more rabid. But even their reputation is a little exaggerated in the national media. At least now...the eagles fans at the Vet were ruthless heh

 

Haha I've worn a cardinals hat out and about a bunch of times and never gotten shit said to me but I'm over by penn and Drexel and these kids probably don't give a fuck as much as your average philly resident does

 

I'd go solely for the people watching to be honest.

 

Not sure about Penn, but Drexel kids get down with Philly sports. I was visiting some friends during the 08 world series win. It was out of control.

 

That was 08 times have changed college kids these days only care about safe spaces and trigger warnings

I was at a friend's dorm in Temple for the 2nd half of game 5....one of the best nights of my life.

None of their food is fresh beside the bread and some of the desserts.

I like the macaroni and my friend was a manager there so she would bring me packs that were frozen and all they do is heat them up. Same with soup.

I ain't paying $15 for that nonsense. Their dessert is good though I'll give them that.
