yeah, and right now he's trying to win, once he's in there if he does pull it off then I hope that the people of his district and the country can start to pull him over to the single payer side.

hillary won the primary in georgia running away last year. I think that social democrats need to make a name for themselves. stuff like that scares people in georgia.

Or, the HAN SOLO Act. Just, ya know, ignore the "access that is" part when you name it.

The fact that you can say this without seeing the problem is part of the problem.

    In Georgia 06?

Yeah, you are WAY wrong here. If you, @FrankieThe4th , @lightning13 , or @dylan have some evidence that a far leftist can win in a super right wing district that hasn't been a swing district in decades, I'd like to see it.

I can at least see the argument in a state like West Virginia, where the argument can be made that those voters aren't tied down to ideology much....but what about Georgia 06 makes you think a social democrat can win?

Your response to "why doesn't he try to help people" was "because he's trying to win" followed up with "maybe once he has the power thanks to centrists, he'll completely reject his constituents and influences."

So naturally the solution is more of the same?
The Republicans win because they are Republicans. If the Republicans nominated Jake, he'd win because he'd have the R next to his name.

Which is why the door is open there for Republicans to run a far right candidate and win. They had Tom Price there after all and he's not exactly a moderate. DOn't remember if he was a Tea Partier though.

Dems should be running people like Dom in those types of districts where all it takes is a D next to the name to win. In districts like Georgia 06, they need someone like Ossef. And make no mistake-Ossef has zero chance in this district if Trump doesn't win the election. Trump's win has energized a lot of people to vote against him. But people in places like Georgia 06 are going to check out all together if you run a socialist there.

I'd like to once again bring up my plan to run sleeper agent leftists as Republicans and win based on this very concept.

no, in my response I said that "he's trying to win" in this super red district, not about trying to help people currently he's not able to help people because he's not in a position to, I hope that he wins so that he can be in a position to help people

also I agree that republicans win in this district because of the R next to their name, what I was asking is why does anybody think that a true leftist would win there just because there is a D next to their name, there's no reason to think that a leftist would win this specific district. and I'm not saying to reject his constituents and I said specifically "I hope that the people of his district and the country can start to pull him over to the single payer side"
I put that in quotation marks because that's what you use when you actually quote somebody, not just type whatever you want and put that in quotes to imply that's what I said.
