Kinda makes sense, it'll be up to Mueller/others to decide if he actually obstructed justice or not ... Comey saying it himself would make him easier to attack. Versus saying what happened and the conclusion being drawn from those facts.

this makes sense given everything that's been said about comey as a person. From what I've seen about him, he's super facts-oriented and will probably just give facts with as little interpretation as possible, which saying Trump obstructed would be.


The real question is how he responds if he's asked something like, "In your opinion, did Trump commit obstruction of justice". I'd expect him to give a non-answer about how it's not his place to answer, but you never know...

I love the idea of this lawsuit. I really hope it gets filed. Something I could totally imagine learning in the 1st Amendment class I took during law school.

The idea of Twitter as a "designated public forum" is a really interesting one.

Some guy who isn't from America asked me if I felt betrayed bc he's POTUS and I was like nah, I most definitely deserved it even though I haven't tagged him in anything lately that I can remember.

I think the funniest block he has done is someone tweeted at him that they had dirt on Clinton during the election so he added them in order to DM. He realized he was being trolled and blocked them with a quickness. What a moron lol

 

Does he just lay in bed all night, blocking people on twitter for hours on end?
