Please tell me there was a large secret movement among leftist in the UK to claim they support the conservatives in the polling to trick May into holding an election.

Sadly, she's trying to do what she can to solidify conservative control before the U.K. actually feels the ramifications of Brexit.

  7. The 13th was great, and it probably could have been a 10-part series to be honest

Out of all the things her campaign did wrong, I actually thought the slogan was okay. I would have gone with something that was more about message, but it wasn't too bad IMO.

  12. Maybe something like .... "stronger together." Heh.

  13. what inspires you more? "make america great again" or... "I'm with her." it's not even close imo.

plus if you're an extremely polarizing figure, it's an extremely bad idea to tie your slogan to yourself, unlike "make america great again" which sounds nice without knowing who's saying it. and yeah, "stronger together" is fine though still doesn't sound as powerful as MAGA imo. the far right has always been better at branding. like marketing anti-choice as "pro-life" was genius.

Stronger together was a good slogan. She should have used that one more

Maybe i'm just biased, but I think the best slogan from any of the 2016 candidates was "A future to believe in"

  16. But ... emails

I'll forever be annoyed about that one.

  17. Too long. Also doesn't really make much sense.

  18. Bernie really shoulda just embraced "I wanna give you all free shit and make the rich people pay for it." Feel like that's a winning slogan right there.

Feel the Bern was bad too

    Walks away sheepishly

  20. Also "I'm with Her" was a pretty successful social media strategy, not really a campaign slogan. It was a way to show support for a candidate who many thought no one liked, which just wasn't true. I think it was actually good strategy to try and break that narrative.

It makes sense to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  22. If die hard Bernie fans were the core of the country I wouldn't wake up every morning in a cold sweat

I liked Rand Paul's slogan too, though it was a little too long

  25. The best slogan of 2016 was the entirety of Wavy Gravy's "vote nobody" bit plus that fake Lucy Parsons quote about the streets running red with the blood of the rich
