Frantically yelled to my girlfriend to help me think of more than Anders Breivik and that dude who shot up the Sikh temple a couple years ago...examples that the guy discounted anyway. I don't feel like going down the rabbit hole with this dude but I wonder if he considers both the Fort Hood shooting and the South Carolina church shooting as terrorist attacks. I don't want to ask but I'm about 95% sure he'd see the former as one but not the latter.

 

He caused my brain to force restart with that comment, I'll give him that.

 

Knowing this kind of stuff now, it's hard to know what to tell people. Most do not understand that this is not a norm that they expect of us and that they shouldn't be so open with their use of social media. I'm unsure of how to explain communication and coverage without turning them off to going.
