someone also used hillary ousting gadaffi as a potential republican attack point, also mention rape allegations against clinton; that's what i thought that spiel was about

I was just confused on which aspect they were praising. Still kind of unsure.

it is time for you to exit this conversation my friend
the ouster of gaddafi is absolutely an effective talking point because, as mentioned and evidenced repeatedly, the motivations were suspect at best and the outcome was a debacle.

Alright this thread is actually turning into a shitshow now, I defended it before but... shit. Let's get back on some topics eh?

Trump is the next Hitler: Agree or Disagree?

  7. Dave Dykstra

    Daveydyk

    Prob not all the murdering.

That's probably what the Jews thought. "Hey this guys a little nuts but maybe he can make Germany great again...."

Kidding, I don't actually think Trump is Hitler. It's fun to draw comparisons though.

Ya. He could probably help the economy but he'd do it by ruining all of our relationships with the rest of the world and trashing other countries economies.

I think Trump represents nascent fascism. People often refer to his support as being working-class,but it is actually an embittered petty bourgeoisie and middle-class that is driving this campaign and those are the classes that typically defer to the authoritarian impulses to raise themselves up.

Disagree that he would help our economy. His "30% tariff on the Chinese" proposal alone would fuck our economy.

I agree. The average income of his supporters is higher than that of Sanders or Clinton. I think he has more working class support than other Republicans did, but you're right, the notion that all of his support is poor white dudes is somewhat of a myth.

If you look at all their tax plans it starts to make sense. Trump offers the greatest advantages to those who can afford to provide basic needs for themselves.

Ya probably. What hes trying to do is force business to not use cheap labor. Would price us out of a lot of the global Market. So ya you are probably right.

Thank goodness tkamb was in this thread to clean up the shit show of the past few hours.

The idea of the United States funding massive coups of sovereign nations because of rape allegations against one man did bring the lolz.

You guys are going to say that I'm a sheep who only reads Western propaganda media outlets but I don't hold this source in very high regard.

So you ignore the other sources? And that source just quotes, and was only used for the purpose of the quote, what Blumenthal said in an email that was released in regards to a FOIA request, also talked about in the Wall Street Journal, but okay. Considering the context, attacking the source is a ridiculous red herring and it says a lot that you directly go for that instead of anything of substance.
It seems like every other post from you is you engaging in some sort of rhetological fallacy. If you are really interested in argument, maybe avoid them.

  19. Dave and Eric are the same account, and as such I am banning both for a period of time for breaking the forum rules.
