Considering the word fascism has lost all meaning, other than do say, "it's bad and I don't like it, so there" I would argue that is a distinction without a difference. You don't believe it is right to show him in a positive light, because in your mind he is "bad and I don't like him, so there". Am I wrong about that?

 

I don't think Trump is subhuman. I think he is a hateful, foolish man who would sacrifice the lives of millions in order to satiate an ego composed of equal parts free-market fanaticism, racism, sexism, anti-gayness and transphobic ideologies. He is a man that inhuman and, therefore, worthy of derision and hate from various sectors of the electorate. He is a man that is literally putting the lives of others in danger by stoking the fires of Islamaphobia, e.g., the recent increases in hates crimes against Middle Eastern folks. If he died, I would probably be happy. I'd throw a party like when Reagan died.

 

If you are trying to make the point that de-humanizing a public figure running for president is morally questionable, then I certainly do not agree with you. The relationship between the state and the citizens does account for humanity.

Other than that, I am not sure what point you are trying to make.

 

I think most people generally look to the establishment criminals running the world behind the scenes as being the lizards.
