I was on an elevator with DMC from Run DMC

 

The only thing I'll ever have is when me and a friend went out a wrong door and ran into enrique iglesias' band, and my friend was like omg let's keep going cause nobody is questioning us and I bet enrique is around here, but then I was too chicken so we turned back around lmao

 

Oh and Jason Castro from American Idol was a local and performed(s?) occasionally at our megachurch

 

this isn't really a celebrity but the main dude for the local news shops at my store like every week and I'm to nervous to talk to him.

 

Long Island is like a weird in between, Judd Apatow Natalie Portman and Idina Menzel all went to my high school

 

I deleted my semi but non name dropping post because I thought of a better story from my youth.

For some reason a rumor started that the girl down the street from me had dated Ryan Ross in the past and they were still good friends. This was when they weren't all that big yet so it was like a randomly plausible story. That was just always a rumor that existed, but for some reason one day the rumor escalated that he was in town visiting her. So my mom is driving and we pass that girl's house and quickly glimpse a guy on the porch wearing a funny hat and we FREAKED OUT because I guess a guy with a funny hat = must be Ryan Ross, and we made my mom drive back around the block but he had ~~vanished~~

lmao my dad just called and I was concerned it was an emergency cause he rarely calls, but he asked me to watch my sister on Wednesday cause he won Journey tickets on the radio. He had to be caller 9, and he was caller 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9 lmao idek why but it kills me that my dad was basically in a competition with himself for Journey tickets.

 

did he have multiple phones? how did that happen?

 

nobody else was calling lmao. He said he'd just hang up and redial.

 

I feel bad for the caller number 2. They never had a chance.

 

i love that story, i hope your dad has a blast at the journey show, he deserves it

 

oh one time i was in phoenix and i saw jim adkins at a best buy, this was when i was actually pretty into jimmy eat world too

 

I run into a lot of celebs and it's weird. Nelly was my fave. We were stuck in traffic so I took my dog out to pee. We just started talking about bullshit but he picked up my dog and pet him the whole convo.

I figured haha. I went to Northlake for a while, then Lake Pointe for a few years

 

I don't know how my parents have still been able to watch teen mom/16 and pregnant since it started.

They will never miss episodes.

 

Ok so my day trip was incredible and I spent less money than I thought so gonna rebudget tomorrow and hope I'm not fucked anymore! Shout out to the guy working at the art museum who saved me from having to pay $16 for parking! I also am officially a huge baby bc I cried about 17 times at the show. I also got the cutest scarf ever which worked out perfect bc we got caught in a snow storm on our way home and I was froze.

 

I'm determined to make this day a good day. I have it all planned out for work / pizza / kong movie.

If it doesn't work out, I'll just welp forever.

 

yeah today is the only day of spring break in which i have the full day off, im just gonna spend it playing zelda and i got reservations for a new thai place with friends. a little on the fence about my waking up at 2pm though

 

Got an interview at another grocery store tomorrow, I have been out of work for way to long. They called me with me even following up so I feel like that's good news.

 

A few weeks ago I had someone come in and do an activity with my class. Some kids made her thank you cards so I went down to deliver them. I have the worst facial recognition skills ever, so I walk in and there's two people at the receptionist desk, one who I thought may be the one that did the activity, but I couldn't remember! So the entire walk to the desk I'm panicking because what if I'm like "Hey, these are for so and so" and so and so is who I am talking to!! Like an irl Chandler Bing "What if Mary Angela comes to the door and I ask for Mary Angela?" situation.

Turns out it was her lol, but I tried my best to word it in a way that if it was her, I wasn't super obvious about not recognizing her. Hopefully it worked lol. This is my life apparently.

 

so a co-worker that said racist things and also some things about his boss that I decided to not speak about a while back got fired today.

He got angry because his boss left him with a huge load to break down in four hours so he started cussing and punched the wall. He proceeded to go off on the manager. I swear something new happens everyday at my work.

 

I've watched over four episodes and I think I might just pull an all nighter with how great it is.
