You reminded me to watch it and I died when they played Nazi punks fuck off lol. I keep pausing it tho cause I love anton and it's hard. he seems like such a sweetheart in all his roles. He's like one of the only younger actors I cared about. Like I never watched anything just cause he was in it but him being in something made me way more interested to see it. I cant.

 

Yeah it's rough. He was the best part of most of the movies he was in and had such a promising career. I was looking forward to him playing one of the lead roles in the adaptation of Mr. Mercedes.

The Nazi punks scene was awesome. This movie is just brutal.

 

I love that it takes place in pdx cause too many ppl are ignorant of the white supremacy there

 

I really want to see Green Room.

Speaking of Nazis at punk shows this picture is always so insane to me.

Ew really? I've only been there a few times. When I lived in pdx everyone blamed eastern oregon on all the racism in the state and I was like lol k but look at all the bs you guys got going on here before you start deflecting blame!

and agree for sure. PDX is def progressive but I think that kinda allows a lot of the racist/ignorant shit to get a pass, which sucks

I get it, I don't know cars at all so if I went alone the salesman would be like "this car costs $80,000 and it has no tires, trust me you don't need them" and I'd be like yes that makes sense

 

This is the worst. I got a really good deal on my current car and the dealer was great and I had a decent down payment but still had a little panic attack before riding over to sign all the paperwork.

 

Oh yeah I've been out there but never explored Troutdale much past like the gas station lol. I took a hate crimes class that focused on oregon and it was pretty eye opening. Teacher was racist tho #irony

 

I'm just terrified of the numbers they're giving me and I'm trying to argue them down but even if they get it down to what I'm asking for I still don't know if i can afford it or if I will quickly lose the car. I'm starting to wonder if I should just buy some used piece of junk

 

I bought a used car recently and they went down $500 and then right when the warranty was up I had to take it to the shop and it cost $500. I did not appreciate that.

 

Did you finance? Because I'm not finding room in the budget for the amount they want me to pay it's a new car but still

No I paid in full. I knew from the day I got my old car its days were numbered so I'd been saving for years. It was hard af to find a used car that wasn't a total trash heap but that wasn't also $$$. I considered financing cause it feels better in the long run to get a new car that doesn't need as much maintenance but with all my student loan debt I could not justify getting more in debt. I'm a finances control freak lol. It's a super scary big decision so I don't blame you at all for stressing. Good luck bb!

It's sinking in that I'll be 25 next month. I'm a third of the way through life, if all goes well.

 

Hopefully not a quarter either extreme old age sounds scary

 

My grandma said in 15 years, I'll be 40. That made me sad so I'm sticking to 25 year blocks haha.

 

Thanks. Yeah, I'm considering a used car too but the prices on decent ones I've seen are not that much lower than the new one after rebates. It sucks because my current car now has no a/c and I've already put it up for sale so I'm in kind of a hurry to get it over with

 

on my way into work today there's a ton of police barricades along a lot of the streets in the financial district (of boston) and a ton of police officers, so I stopped to ask one of the cops what's going on today. he said Trump is going to be here later to raise money. I was like "oh cool" because I didn't know what else to say, he was like "not cool, it's a pain in the ass" haha
