So you're saying my 97% ineptitude with tools has been my problem all along? Perfect.

 

Just had the dreaded thought of this conversation:

"So, I've been unemployed for... awhile... now and I've kinda made plans for the entire summer, mostly. Um... do you want a calendar of all the days I need off or is this a deal breaker?"

 

Haha oh god I hope not. I'm already buying six trades a week. I have about a months worth piled on my table now. NEED TO STOP.

I'm mostly looking forward to deferring my student loans again and making about half the payments I was. It'll give me a chance to actually save some money for a change.

I went and toured two homes yesterday since we are trying to buy. The realtor when we walked up to the first house says "THIS HOUSE SUCKS AND IS NOTHING LIKE THE LISTING SAYS I WOULD NEVER SELL THIS TO ANYONE" and it truly was horrible and nothing like the pictures. The second one was a unit described as a single family home and kind of was but it sucked too. Plus the owner was selling it out from under the tenants who were there and not happy about it. They were sitting in the living room watching TV and eating omelettes right out of frying pans glaring at us lol. This process is going to suck ass. Touring one more today.

 

I have soooo much laundry to do cause my cat shedded all over everything that was on my floor (which was a lot cause I haven't cleaned my room in a while....)
I just want clean clothes!!!

 

Have you seen your cat lately? Maybe he/she is in the vent...

The only reason I don't want a cat or dog is because of the damn shedding.

 

Get a dog that doesn't shed.

 

I can't have dogs anyway and grooming is too expensive.
