oh man, less than two minutes into chance and i'm here for it. this is awesome.

 

Is it that homegrown music fest in Main Street garden park? I was staying across the street a few weeks ago, and the hotel bartender was all excited for that.

 

I have no idea but every parking lot in Dallas was full

 

That's probably what it is, I went to it once and it was really fun

 

I was at a festival there a few weeks ago that was put on by Homegrown, he may have been talking about that. It was Old 97s' (my favorite band) County Fair... Also featuring Lucero and Drive By Truckers

 

Nice, that place seems busy. There was a taco fest there when I was in town, ate way too much.

I missed the local taco and tequila festival. That was pretty devastating.

yeah, the food added up, but otherwise I just bought a Lucero had and a T-shirt. Also there was a Ferris wheel and I brought my daughter along, so, fun

 

It only gets better!

 

Man it took 45 minutes before Storm speaks in this movie. Did they forget they casted Halle friggin Berry?

 

I didn't even know it was happening until the day after it happened. Pretty bad job of advertising on their part.

I'm finally remembering to put together my list of music that I've listened to in 2016 (I never remember to keep up with that thread in music). It feels weird to say this in a year where Thrice is releasing new music, but I just don't see anyone topping Lemonade for me.

 

We had some lovely chaps at the restaurant I work at tonight who were literally throwing their lobster butter at each other, and told my supervisor (who was serving them) they were waiting for the table next to them to leave so they could dump their lobster buckets on each other. She had to physically push a couple of them out the door.

 

What a waste of lobster. Fuck those people.

 

My stepmom used to work at a buffet that had lobster nights every week and omg all the butter! It somehow got everywhere. I worked in the same building and once I saw a waiter throwing out bags and bags of lobster shell things and the bags had split open by the dumpsters and there was lobster and butter everywhere it was a disastuh. Sorry you had to deal with them. That sounds like something I'd have wanted to do when I was like 8 not an adult

 

@Kiana ugh cleaning up after big lobster banquets are the all time worst. Butter and shells everywhere.

I honestly could never get into them. They're alright though.

 

It sounded like there were a lot of big explosions near my job just now. It was in quick succession like fireworks, but sounded a lot more like thunder. No idea what the heck is going on.
