Katie?!

 

This new John Carpenter album is so dank.

 

It's only memorable because of how awful everything about it was. We were listening to The Dangerous Summer and I was 17. We both said we loved each other and then broke up two weeks later because of how awkward it was lol.

 

Are there any things that make you tear up/cry and you're just like WTF? I always get teary eyed when I watch marathons bc it's such a great achievement.

 

Pollen going into my eyes.

 

My inability to sleep at night.

 

I don't really cry which feels wtf to me sometimes like am I a robot

 

my daily life.

 

That latest CHVRCHES album is such a bummer. The singles are excellent but the rest, not so much.

 

Videos of soldiers coming home and surprising their families.

Even worse videos of soldiers coming home and surprising their dogs.

 

I really wanted to set up one of those for when I came home at a hockey game, but I got back in July or something. I mostly just wanted free tickets to a hockey game though.

 

I teared up reading this post. So, same.

 

There are a lot of songs that make me cry.

And I have to go with Soldiers coming home and surprising their families/dogs gets me all the time as well.

 

all I can think when I see those is how much I hate being surprised, like I would probably yell "you asshole call ahead next time", and then say sorry and hug them I'm not a monster

 

those absolutely wreck me every time.

 

Like it more than their previous one by a good amount personally.

 

I wish the day my best friend came home from being over seas for 2 years would have been video taped. It was a total surprise. I was at my mothers and noticed someone just standing on the front lawn and when i realized it was my buddy Josh, I legit lost my shit screamed through the house, ran out the front door and tackled him to the ground as I cried and yelled. Priceless.

I really wish I had a picture or something of that down now that he is gone. I miss him so freaking much. This year will be 3 years since he passed away.

Thank you. It still sometimes doesn't feel real, even after 3 years this September. I often go to call him and remember before I even get to his name that he's not going to answer. All I have are pictures now. I still can hear his laugh and the lisp he had when he talked. I think I miss his bear hugs most of all.

 

I came here for laughs not for feels...

 

My sister died almost a year and a half ago now and it still usually doesn't feel real and I don't think it ever will, so I feel you.

 

That really sucks. I'm sorry buddy.
