how are any of you motivated. i am really weak and need to do vigorous exercise everyday, but like, i do it for a few days then i neglect it for a week. i'm really bad at this. im like, i get up from my chair and im like, ehhh...nah...which is not healthy at all.

I use the treadmill and watch TV while I do it so it's like I was going to watch You're The Worst anyway and now it's healthy kinda

 

I need to start doing some kind of physical activity. Like I've been saying for the past year or more

 

I walk whenever I'm not wanting to work out. Throw on an album and just wander.

 

I wish I knew, it's the only area of my life where I'm not completely lazy. It helps for me to do it right away in the morning because I'm too tired at the end of the day.
