Uh wow we have 4 songs from the album already

 

Hell yeah

 

Wow this song is fascinating, musically and lyrically. This album is going to be a trip.

 

Their last album didn't particularly grab me all the way through (it's so LONG), but all four of these songs have made me cry so I should probably give it another shot. Incredible live show.

 

I’m really hoping it works out - I requested for my bach party to be around live music and Gang of Youths was my #1 band to see

Would for some of the people to have that be their first exposure to the band

 

so fucking excited. the best band

 

This feels more like a solo project to me in terms of sound (although I’m sure everyone is very involved).

Its good, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it, but I do miss some of that edge from previous releases. They warned fans like me though so I appreciate that.

 

Most anticipated 2022

 

Ripped through the new songs on the way to work, really digging them. Awesome to see they're finally playing arenas in Australia now.

wow this is lovely. they do an incredible job integrating new sounds while still sounding like 'them.' opener in particular blew me away. honestly tend the garden is probably the most out there; most of this sounds like a midpoint between go farther and the man himself

It looked like it said Angel in Realtime (February 2022) at the top. Thanks for the clarification.

 

I did actually look online too and I only saw 2022 and the album title and art.

Forum users are a better resource.

Is it controversial if I say I might like the positions more than go farther?

 

I'm very excited for this album, but I've gotta say the way they've been exclusively using lowercase letters for everything is not my favorite.
