South Park references when Zapp Brannigan exists?!

In fairness I was thinking SP there haha

 

Sansa and Davos are really the only two I think anyone could make a case for

 

i never watched a full episode of south park

 

Davos with an onion sigil will never not be funny to me

 

I'd like to think if Jon gets put on the throne, he would dissolve the political system and let the kingdoms rule themselves. Gives KL to Tyrion, Sansa rules the north, and Jon travels to the "real north" to give Ghost that hug he owes him.

 

Crazy to think this is all gonna be over in 4 days.

 

Eh, there's a difference between being a hot head and not being good at planning a military battle. Jon also has a good mind for ruling justly. He is basically a more immature Ned at this point.

I also was on the "the Winterfell strategy was bad" train but, the more I thought about it, the more I think it was done the way it was in an effort to draw the Night King out ASAP. If they hid behind their walls it would have been a cluster....and frankly that many soldiers probably weren't going to fit inside the castle. The dothraki charge was bad though.

 

A lot of Jon's political choices as Lord Commander were correct, everyone just hated them and murdered him for them.

 

Also, to be fair to Jon, he was NOT the only one planning the defenses of Winterfell. Jaime, Grey Worm, Qhono, Jorah, Bronze Yohn, any of the other northern lords, Theon, Dany, etc....they were all there too. If it was that bad of an idea someone should have said something lol

 

The tactical aspects of fantasy genre battles are always pretty bad. Helms Deep had that stupid drain.

 

Definitely think Jon is a better political leader than military one, but I don’t think he’s really particularly great at either

 

Yeah but they didn't plan on the drain there prior to the siege!!

Nor did anyone come up with gunpowder up until that point.

If anything the drain is like that exhaust port in the Death Star.

 

Jon's fought battles against the Wildlings, the White Walkers, the Boltons, and the Lannisters and never lost, so he has to be doing something right. Having plot armor and getting bailed out by your female relatives is good battle strategy, right?

 

Coming to the sad realization that poor Drogon is going to be hated and feared by an entire city of people even though I love him and want to pet him and he's just trying to be such a good boi for his momma.

i'm assuming Dany dies and I don't know what that means for Drogon

 

Ghost comes and fights/kills him while Jon and Aria fight Dany while Davos/Bran/Sasna/Tyrion fight Greyworm. Epic

Why do people take the time to do this? Has one of these petitions ever worked for anything?

99% sure one of the characters will have to stop/kill Dany, but I don't know where that leaves any of them after that...

Who's in charge from that point? Do the Unsullied/Dothraki kill the character(s) that killed Dany or just have a new king/queen? Does Drogon just freak out and eat/burn everyone? Does Sansa try to step in and figure out a plan for the seven kingdoms or just say "fuck it, I'm staying in the North"?
