If it’s Bane and I miss it because I just paid for this stupid fest in Vegas I think I’ll be sick

I almost guarantee it’s Starflyer 59 because they announced they are also playing audiofeed festival and they haven’t played a show since like 06

    I do not exist.

Is that a reunion though when they released Vanity last year?

I think the cross over would include Acceptance, Armor for Sleep, and The Starting Line. Maybe even Saosin.

commenting to subscribe. planning on buying my tickets once the first wave gets announced. had a blast last year driving down with my friends from Chicago and we're all set to do it again as long as the line up is solid again.

I hope it's the Chariot. Seems unlikely though.

A skylit drive just reunited. Might not be the big band but they’d be pretty cool.

They did? I can’t find anywhere that says that and from what I remember there was a lot of drama between the members

So LDB Fest (hardcore fest in Louisville in March) was supposed to announce their schedule and “more surprises” in “beginning of January”. They pushed back their announcement to today.

I’m hoping that’s not a coincidence & some big hardcore reunion is happening there and at Furnace Fest

We reach for the longest shadow

Excited for whatever happens here. I think I kind of like that WWWYF is all these huge names over one day, might mean that this festival can still pop off but with less schedule overlaps.

I'd say that 75% of WWWYF's line-up could realistically show up on this line-up without me going "that's out of place." I know that some are too big to be booked, but that group is also very small (ie, just My Chem and Paramore, imo).

I went to see BAAO/Capstan in Chicago on Friday and saw some folks wearing FF shirts and I got all excited again.

I'm still hoping for Hast The Day, Blindside or Dead Poetic.

I really hope so. That would make the conflicts at WWWY so much easier to manage.

They confirmed on Twitter first wave announced January 26th. And there will be a total of 3 waves: January, February, March.

I'm so curious about who is returning vs who is new.

I'm just happy I have a busy day at work. I need the distraction until the announcement.

can anyone comment on what the resale market was like for this last time? cheap tickets available, or did it sell out?

It was held to half-capacity due to COVID, but it did sell out. So it depends on capacity.

I love how we all just take it for granted that there will be a lot of returning bands.

As someone who wanted to go last year but didn’t, I hope we’re all collectively right.

Pretty much every interview I've seen were bands being blown away by the goodwill of the fans. It truly was a special weekend, haha. Maybe just because it was that first live thing after lockdown for me, but I felt like I was flying the whole time.
