I didn't know that. How did they get it?

 

Wtf why didn't they do this when my car and phone got stolen last year

I really hope he just went to get away from everything for a couple days and will be back soon

 

To try and be positive, I listened to The Midnight Organ Flight for the first time in its entirety (usually just listened to my favorites; leper, arms, warm) and fuck that record is fantastic. “Head Rolls Off” really got to me, considering the circumstances.

 

Weirdly those lyrics actually were helping me cope with this last night.

The Oil Slick has been my go-to the last couple of days.

Not sure if this was reported yet, but he made a distressed phone call a little before.

Also:

“There are gaps and timelapse challenges with the CCTV.

“The inference from the camera shows two people going to the Bridge and from the limited footage the two people appear to come off on the Fife side.

“There is footage of a third person walking towards the Bridge but there is nothing of them coming off on the Fife side.

“However, we have no footage of this individual walking onto the bridge but they are walking towards it.”

I feel terrible for Scott and Scott’s family.

 

Won't be clicking cause it's from The Sun and I bet Scott would hate the fact this rag is making money off of him.
but yeah, the cctv takes an image every so and so and it's not a complete document.

 

This is legitimately my worst fear about what happened...

 

He could have not gotten on the bridge at all or the CCTV could have simply not caught him getting off on the Fife side, just like it didn't get him getting on

 

Yeah there’s definitely a chance he never went on and was just nearby OR he did go on and the footage didn’t capture it. OR it was someone else nearby.

It’s just eerie reading about a third person now. I’m just really, really hoping for some good news soon.

 

That phone call actually seemed like a good thing to me? Like, he could've just left with no word. But he called SOMEONE. He reached out, even if it was in a very tiny sense.

I feel devastated. Frightened Rabbit and Scott have been such a big part of my life and his music has gotten me through so much. He was such a good person and a truly incredible writer. His writing and music was able to encapsulate so much sentiment and difficulties depression presents and it was so unbelievably cathartic to hear music that demonstrated what I felt but couldn't quite articulate or pinpoint. Fuck this is tough. I don't even know what to do. Relistening to his music is going to be heartwrenching.

RIP Scott. You'll be so missed
