He’s a great storyteller in his lyrics so I’m not surprised.

 

Bought the book for my girlfriend for her birthday, good to know it is a good read!

We both found ourselves a little bored towards the end of his first book. This one is much more interesting personally for me, so I'm excited to read it eventually.

I don't understand any of this.....

I was really hoping for some updated info on No Man's Land when I saw all the activity here.

 

Not sure if this wasn't already known, but Frank answered some questions on twitter yesterday, and one of them stated that a new album is coming "before the end of summer".

That to me, means before September starts. Which I am fucking hype about.

 

Yes, he already mentioned couple of times that it should come out in August.

 

Oh well, guess at least it's still the case then, which is good.

I hadn’t heard a a time frame, so I’m looking forward to hearing it in August.

 

Pretty sweet we most likely have the month of the release and the name of the album. And pretty much a tracklisting as well without ANYTHING official being announced.

 

He was meant to be headlining a festival in Glasgow that got cancelled so he has replaced it with a 300capacity solo show. Perfect.

 

12 songs, all about historical women (with one about his mom) and a podcast for each song.

 

Already more interested in this than Be More Kind.

 

Given I heard a song from this about 5 years ago and it was better then than almost anything in BMK, same.

 

Well based on the description and what someone said from a live show, songs could be in the vein of Silent Key.

Frank is a good storyteller usually, so it should be good. I also like about 2/3rd’s of the Be More Kind era so what do I know (although it took a while to grow on me and won’t end up near the top tier Frank for me).

 

This is probably what the song titles are going to be. He played this show in Boston and said it was his new album. I didn’t google the names of these in the case of them being covers, but it seems probable.

 

I can't remember what the song he played on the TDH tour was called, and it's probably changed since then. It was about a woman saving someone's like with CPR or something? Rescue Annie and Jinny Bingham's Ghost sound familiar mind.
