Woah I just listened to Slapstick for the first time and it’s my favorite. Nearer is a clear single, but I fuck with this more. Gameshark is still meh

 

Not everyone has heard it. STAHP

 

Sort of cool, but you could hate all the singles and still love the rest of the album.

 

Yeah, Gameshark is whatever to me, I'm sure it will be better in the context of the album though.

 

GameShark is my favorite of the singles. I hope there's more aggressive bits scattered throughout the record

 

I expected that coming off Dealer the next album would be really mellow and sparse instrumentally, but when I saw them live in March they played some new songs that went harder than anything else they’ve ever done. Maybe it just sounded hard cuz I was close to the stage and didn’t wear earplugs but I think there’ll be some moments
