i don't even really like this band but think the rollout has been "fun"

 

sorry, what I meant to say is this band is perfect and can do no wrong :)

i mean they can definitely do some wrong. a good amount of their songs imo. i just think this rollout isn't in that camp haha.

 

I'd probably enjoy the quest of the rollout if they had announced a release date, tbh

 

A lot of it for me is the ambiguity of “a long rollout with lots of singles.” Like, what is long? What is lots? Again, they can do their thing, but I have a personal bias against that type of rollout strategy.

 

I wish they had kept some of the earlier quests just for b-sides on their Patreon and then done bigger quests more frequently with an album announcement.

 

I have no idea how any of the rollout is going because I just wait for someone to crack whatever code is in place so I can get the content with zero effort

Not officially but if these aren't part of the album, I'll be amazed.

I doubt these songs are not part of the album, they seem too ambitious to be b-sides or unrelated.

 

They’re part of the album.

 

Definitely part of the album and I think somebody even confirmed the first single is its closer (which sucks), what also gives me the impression that Speak With The Dead wasn't considered as a part of standard radio-like singles, it was just the beginning of the roll-out for their fanbase, then we'll have some stronger promo on their side along with the date etc.
