no lie del taco is legit trash to me.

 

I am straight obsessed with del taco tbh like it's sad. There's none near me tho. I'm a sucker for crinkle cut fries. They are the answer to my

 

Those taquitos, yes. My mom would rarely buy them bc I would eat way too many at one time.

 

Del Taco is good stuff, love being able to get a taco and a burger in the same place

 

I've been barfing all day and I'm starving but everytime I try to eat something aka a cracker I can't keep it down. I want a burger and a pizza and tacos and chef boyardee..maybe some ice cream. It's torturrreeee!

 

Never eaten Del Taco seems real cheap though based on the coupon deals I've seen

 

So my birthday is next month and my mom told me today I can pick any dessert I want and she'll make it for me. So many options idk what to pick!!! I'm thinking something with peanut butter bc it's my fave but idk what! Gimme ideas!!

I get sad everytime I go to other areas because they always have different deals at my favorite places and it makes me sad when I get home and we don't have those deals.

also my hate for del taco stems from as a child it always made me sick.

and also my dad LOVES del taco to the point he gets it any chance he can get.

 

Idk if I want peanut butter pie, chocolate peanut butter fudge or not pb related but chocolate chip cheesecake or tiramisu.....

We went to atleast 1 Braves game a year for almost my entire childhood. When I was younger I choked on a hotdog every single game for several years.

I wouldn't eat anything else so they always bought me a hotdog and basically waited for me to choke to make sure I didn't die.

There are tears rolling down my face rn from laughing bc I can't remember the last time I told that story. I'm really bad at remembering time and ages and shit but I know it was consecutive years when I was younger bc my dad still jokes about hotdogs with me.

del taco doesn't exist in florida except in orlando. don't need it, tbh because we have amazing local Mexican places.

I made pork enchiladas with jack cheese and salsa verde... first time making enchiladas. The texture of the tortilla was too soggy (I baked them), but holy shit that salsa was good. Also, I braised the pork in modelo especial for about 4 hours... which was good.

 

Homeade tortillas?

 

No, store bought. I ladled a thin layer of salsa on the bottom of a baking dish, then put the rolled up tortillas, then ladled a little more on top... too much. Next time I'll bake with no salsa and just cheese and then put the salsa on top after it comes out.

When we were little we would ask my mom to make "dippy eggs" when we wanted over easy so that's what I still call them lol
