I havent experimented too much! Usually just white sauce or the gourmet ones with olive oil. I don't usually eat pizza much so I haven't really branched out!

I forget where they are. there's a whole foods in Flower Mound and I think the nearest Sprouts is in Little Elm which is a bit too far for my needs. I usually just grab produce at Albertsons as needed

Got a sous vide machine this week. So far Ive done a 32 hour veal shank and 24 hour pork belly. I marinated the shank with garlic, shallots and rosemary and the pork belly with maple syrup, brown sugar and bourbon. Both of them were so good. I can't wait to try out more things with this.

I like a basic tomato sauce. Tomato, basil, salt and butter is all you need.

theres a local italian place that makes a great pizza with white sauce and spinach.

that's my go to order every time but i hardly ever order it because they only make large pizzas and I'll waste so much of it.

I had this spinach lasagna with bolognese sauce the other day. I dug it pretty good.

I wish my stove was gas. Cooking with electric heat just isn't the same.

I also need to invest in some good pans, maybe some spoons. Ive got knives covered.

Apparently restaurant supply stores are a good place to go. I haven't tried but from what I read you just need plain aluminum pans and they're cheap there

Ive bought almost everything off of amazon.

Restaurant supply stores are great though. They aren't always the best quality but their prices are usually on point.

I went to my favorite breakfast place for the first time in a while today.

It was super eh and they cut the portions down a lot and now I'm bummed.

I've had bad experiences with stoves. I started a grease fire once so I don't cook with grease anymore. I won't use a gas stove bc I accidentally caught my sleeve on fire. Electric all the way lol

After working with an 18 burner range and 3 ovens at work I can't do electric. Its to slow and to inconsistent with temperature.

My electric stove sucks. It gets too hot and burns things but if I lower the heat it does nothing. I've screwed up many a grilled cheese cause of it.
