grilled out tonight. made some delicious burgers and cheddar brats.

what's y'alls best burger recipe?

made these with black pepper and a garlic seasoning mix, plus a dash of yellow mustard (standard ingredient every time i make burgers), all mixed in.
made similar ones last week, but I grilled some chopped green pepper and mixed it in, and added a few cheese curds and made some Jucy Lucy's.

yup. you're essentially just making grilled cheese, but leave out the cheese.

this looks delicious. at brunch a few weeks back my gf had a grilled macncheese sandwich, it looked amazing.

 

I have to make grilled cheese in the oven cause the dumb burners on the dumb oven suck. It's impossible to make without either burning the bread or undergrilling it with soft bread and no melted cheese!!

 

I use my George Foreman a lot.

 

George Foreman's make sandwiches so much better.

There's a place in Austin that makes kimchi fries that are amazing and I get them every time I go to Austin.

 

From what I've looked at it seems relatively easy. I suppose it's mostly about quality of ingredients.
