Oh man Cruz Blanca looks fantastic.

 

Oysters, fries, coleslaw, okra for lunch.

 

Oysters are so good. I don't get to eat them enough.

 

When I moved to the east coast I thought I was gonna live this charmed life where suddenly an abundance of seafood would be available to me for extremely cheap. I was wrong.

 

The texture of oysters freaks me out

But maybe they're

 

I don't eat nearly enough seafood

 

i love oysters. i can eat so many. i thankfully live in seattle, and work close to the water so oysters are like 1 dollar each.

 

Oh AND a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie.

 

I try to eat oysters, clams, or mussels at least once a week.

I've just never been a fan. It all tastes like piss. I know they so oh it's an acquired taste but I can never get through one to acquire said taste.

 

I'm so picky about seafood, only calamari crab and shrimp sometimes and certain fish really only fried

 

Time to expand those horizons!

What kind of beers have you tried? I am a firm believer that there is a beer for everyone.

Dos Equis, Budweiser, Shiner, Miller, Blue Moon...those are the ones I can think of of the top of my head.

I really enjoy Apple Ale and like Hard Ciders and such just the smell and taste of beer I just can't.

 

I had carne asada fries for the first time in years (minus the carna asada lol) and it reignited my passion for them. Def making my own sometime soon. I used to love carne asada.

 

Wouldn't that just be regular fries?

 

No cause it still has the rest of the toppings. I don't think I've ever seen carne asada fries that just had carne asada!

Okay, so what you've had are basically bad pilsners, a lame wheat beer, and a lame brownish ale. I'm not surprised you aren't impressed.

If you like hard ciders there are tons of beers that use fruit in the brewing process you might like. Also, do you like coffee? Citrus?

 

basically the toppings you'd find on super nachos but with fries. cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomato, etc
