Honey roasted carrots are great , carrots are also good in soup

 

My mom puts potatoes in her chili and I have to dip around them. She blends the beans bc I don't like whole beans in chili so that's cool.

 

This is wrong on so many levels. You are trying to turn cooked carrots, which are already gross, into sweet potatoes, which are also gross.

 

I have never heard of potatoes in chili.

 

I think all foods are good except bleu cheese

i used to eat these almost every day when I was in middle school. revisited them recently and they are still a top ten snack

 

Or maybe you just play too fast and loose with your taste buds.

 

I am eating those currently.

 

It's weird bc they are kind of hard and not soft. It's gross.

 

I only have a couple foods I will not eat under any circumstances. Cilantro - but even then if theres a lil in guacamole or fried rice I will prob still eat it and hope I don't get a strong bite. And olives. Those are salty lil demon orbs. Oh and I guess meat so I suppose that's a lot of stuff lol

 

That does not sound appetizing at all.

There are circumstances in which I think you could put potatoes in chili, for instance chili cheese fries. What Adele was describing didn't sound great.

However, I will die before I eat honey roasted carrots.

 

So my mom is from Tennessee and had like the whole thick southern accent thing. My dad is from Indonesia. So I grew up as a half-Asian with a thick southern accent who called everyone sweetheart and honey, eating grits and collard greens. I got picked on a lot. It took a long time to lose the southern accent.

I'm really struggling with this carrot hate. What is this world we are living in

 

I don't think I have a thick accent but when I'm like talking a snapchat video everyone tells me it's thick. I hate when people younger than me call me sweetheart or honey. If a guy that I'm not in a relationship with says those words I will flip my shit bc it's beyond condescending.

 

Yeah, growing up I never thought of it as condescending so I pissed off a lot of people. I was just trying to sound like my mom. I still catch myself doing it but it's never to be rude.

 

I really do enjoy watching people who think they know what real sweet tea taste like and they do like a spit take bc it suprises them.
