steak n shake is largely fine but their shakes arent great and their burgers are flimsy lol ok it sucks

culvers def better but i worked at culvers once and that was bad

Deceptively good. They suck.

 

Never been to a Sonic, Steak n Shake, or Culvers. We're lacking in good burger chains, except Five Guys which is fantastic.

 

this is my first time so i have nothing to compare it too... the burger was okay, but i dont think it beats five guys

 

I love the fries and toppings at five guys... my problem is that the burgers are literally cooked and smashed to death. It's burger cooking 101 not to compress the patty once you've started cooking it.

Yeah, they raised their prices here. Now I just go to a closer, local place that puts fried egg on their burgers and has badass onion rings for the same price.

Five Guys' burgers are pricey for sure. Sometimes I go just to get fries and a milkshake. The peanut butter and coffee shakes ones are unreal.
