My dumbass went to get breakfast Downtown today, not realizing it was 10am on a Spring Break weekend. Everything was packed.
I haven't had a proper breakfast in a long time. Better luck tomorrow.

Making this tonight: Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup Recipe

One of my favorite soup's to make on Sunday night for dinners for a week where I know I'm gonna be busy and just want easy "heat it up and eat it" meals.

 

I earlier experimented in creating my own style of Indonesian Fried Chicken. Then my mom walked in and criticized my deep frying skills.

 

How do you even criticize deep frying skills?

 

Said I didn't use enough oil and criticized my flame level and how long I leave it and such.

 

Seems silly. If it gets crispy and cooks all the way through, it's A+ deep frying in my book.
