I'm trying to become healthier so I've decided to go on a pescitarian diet even though it's more towards vegetarian because I hardly eat fish but it's a substitute for beef & chicken, it's been difficult but I feel like there will be good results as long as I do this right. Would love some tips haha

Would love to give some but I eat 80% fish already haha, been debating on going vegetarian but...commitment to that seems so difficult

 

@Jason Tate and I went vegan for almost a month. It was amazing! So much more energy, we felt great...but also missed a lot of things. It's all about balance.

 

Like meat. And cheese.

 

Cheese was the worst part of that whole thing. We did eat a lot healthier for a while after that though. ...and then totally fell off the wagon.

 

I might be able to swing vegetarian for a while since I don't eat a ton of meat to begin with, but vegan would be a real challenge.

 

It's insane how many products have egg and dairy hidden in them.

 

If I paid attention to that it would be really daunting. The mentioning of cheese is what really threw me overboard haha.
