Thank you. I’m very lucky and got a wonderful wife that set this all up for me. It was one of the best meals of my life.

Haha I’m sure the beer is delicious and I do want to try it, it’s just hard to come by in NH.

 

Also, my wife made me try an oyster since I never would before because they seemed too slimy and I kind of liked it. I might be an oyster guy now

Low heat directly on the grill. It takes a little longer, but it's worth it. It's a great way to kick off summer.

 

oysters with a truly good cocktail sauce is one of my favorite things ever.

these grilled wings sound incredible. I'll be at a bachelor party in Myrtle Beach soonish and I am definitely going to be doing a big batch of those for the crew.

 

ice cold oysters on the half shell with cocktail sauce is the best. i'm not into cooked oysters tho.. i should give them another try

 

I love a good mignonette with oysters. I had a horseradish sorbet with some Kumamotos in Las Vegas one time and that was life changing.

Give me all the oysters, raw or cooked.

I was at a friend's beach house this weekend and woke up before everyone. Got my rod/reel and walked some sandbars/cuts and snagged 5 speckled trout. I really regret not keeping them and turning them into some sorta delicious meal

I didn't add any seafood or the pork/chicken thighs or cut the vegetables fancy. I did make the meatballs which were very yummy.

I made some really good food this weekend. Filet mignon with some Gorgonzola butter, oven fries, and a really good cabernet reduction. Also made fettuccine with vodka sauce and sweet Italian sauce on Friday.

past weekend, i made some bomb ass fried rice with my new wok and some salt and pepper shrimp. wok is definitely justified, thank you all. my pizza steel comes in today and i'm stoked for pizza this weekend. gotta prep my fermented dough in the fridge later in the week!
