Bag of chips from a burger place doesn't seem TOO unreasonable honestly but I'm still curious what hot fries are.

 

I know that chips are a ton of sub places.

Yeah I was thinking deluxe or the special Pho Sate but I should probably go with a traditional for my first time. Also gonna try the Banh Mi, should I go with pork?

Yeah pork is the way to go, especially if you want it to be traditional style. Do they have spring rolls or steam buns? Order those too

absolutely toss it in the skillet (sprayed with some oil) over low heat, it's a few minutes longer than a microwave but infinitely superior

 

I enjoyed it. My favorite was the Banh Mi but I also enjoyed the actual Pho. I got the delux but didn't really enjoy the meat. I also have issues with cilantro so that complicated things. Id definitely go back

I know, man. There are certain shows I'm envious of others for getting to see, but Mitch is definitely at the top of my bragging list.
