At any point in time over the past 15 years, I don't know if this band is together or broken up

It might not be a healthy choice but I am super down for this emotional roller coaster that being a hardcore Finch fan is

 

At this point, I'm not anticipating anything until whatever they're recording is actually out. I don't want to be hurt again lol

 

Could be a demo? It's very Failure-ish.

I imagine we'll get a Say Hello To Sunshine tour and potentially a new album. Please come to fruition.

 

Would a “SHTS tour” aaaactually be profitable?

As far as I know, WIITB was their most successful album, and is the most nostalgic for people who were into the band back then.

In my opinion, they might be better off doing a varied set list, but include a few more SHTS songs than you’d expect. Or sell it as a 2 set kind of show. Where they play both WIITB and SHTS. I dunno.

 

I have to listen to their last album now.

 

I think SHTS is great and am totally here for it, but yea realistically speaking they probably should package some WIITB stuff in with it in some form, they're really the type of band with a good chunk of their fanbase only stands by their debut

 

Honestly I think if they come back again they should really emphasize the new stuff right out the gate instead of doing another primarily nostalgia tour, as much as I love SHTS.

SHTS never clicked with me at all.

Back To Oblivion was pretty damn good

 

I think they're going for the record of most comebacks for one band

 

And most scrapped albums

Exactly how I felt about Finch. The reunion was dope and like others have said in this thread I'm here for whatever at this point.

All these random clips on either Finch’s or Nate’s Instagram stories sound like new songs and they sound KILLER. It sounds like a proper return to form since Back to Oblivion was very meh to me in retrospect. It’s half killer half filler.

Anyways, when Nate leaked “Phantasma”, it bummed me so hard because I would have LOVED that record if it was ever properly produced. It also bummed me out because I figured this HAD to be the end for the band. Like... how many times can they get back together?

However, I have a feeling a new record is on the horizon and I am beyond hyped if so. Add R2K and Marc Allen in the mix and I’m beyond ecstatic. Since they’re probably label-less at this point, I would also happily back them on a crowdfunding platform. Fingers crossed!!!

omg! I guess I've never heard their second album either. Quite different from Back to Oblivion. "insomniatic meat" gives me fin chills!!! (Nate's screams at the end too!!! :P)
It's on loop right now, ha! but I still need to hear the rest of the album!
