Wow I thought this was gonna be horrible. Not bad!

 

Not a fan of the new single...it just doesn't hit me like any of the tracks on YASE.

 

I don't find this like, aggressively terrible, but it definitely feels... empty.

 

And it's super disheartening cause this is "the track" that Nat has been dying to release for some time now.

 

Listened to this prior to seeing all the posts in here and I'm pretty surprised by the general consensus. This is not nearly as bad as some of you were making it out to be.

 

Knowing what the band is capable of, I thought it'd at least match their previous efforts, but it didn't come close, imo

Didn’t listen yet but I imagine I won’t like it any more than the OG. With the tour starting I figured we’d get a formal LP announcement soon.

 

Didn’t love the clip. Starting to get worried.

 

I think this one is better than their last couple singles.

 

Remember when this band only released perfect singles each and every time? They were on a roll there for quite a while.

It's...okay. Bummed.

 

This one is much better than the first, phew

 

But it's still not up to the previous standard IMO. They most disheartening thing about it is how PSYCHED they seem about the new jams (I mean, I suppose that is always the case with new music - but for some reason all of their social media stuff seems to indicate they are really happy with the new stuff). They both come off a bit...lifeless to me.

 

Another fantastic song. One of the most underrated bands out there right now.

 

Great song! Definitely going on the jams playlist.

 

This one was pretty okay. Better than Amateurs for sure though.

 

Acoustic version is very good. Two in a row that are much better in that form IMO. Maybe they are tinkering/fucking around a little TOO much in that little bedroom studio lol
