Which kinda is a good band name lol. the kids all voted for it and like I knew it was from something and that particular kid is obsessed with horror so I had a feeling but I didn't have a chance to Google until after class and I was like oh cool parents will love me.

What do you guys think about the last album? I have read so many reviews and each one is different.

 

I wanna say about half of it clicked with me and the other half was kinda whatever. I think most people here like it all the way through though which is cool.

 

Favorite song?

 

It might be Hold Me Tight or Don't, I got REALLY into that song. Church is another stand out to me.

 

I think it's their second best album after Folie.

 

My album ranking for them is all sorts of fucked compared to most people I think so I'm probably not the best judge haha

Loved it when it first came out but haven’t gone back since. I’m sure I’ll get on another FOB kick come September before their tour.

This Fall Out Boy Hit Is Actually About a Trans Pioneer

Fall Out Boy's "Centuries" is about Marsha P. Johnson.

One of the hit's songwriters, Justin Tranter, revealed he had penned the song for the late transgender pioneer at a Wednesday concert for Spirit Day, an annual event raising awareness of the bullying of LGBT youth.

"I want every LGBTQ person to know that our ideas are mainstream. We have stories to tell and people will fucking listen," said the out songwriter, who then began performing "Centuries" onstage at The Sayers Club in Hollywood.

 

That's awesome! It's probably safe to assume FOB are aware of this?

 

That makes it a lot cooler than just a "HYPE UP" song

 

I never realized the line "why put a new address on the same old loneliness" was from the Songs: Ohia song Just Be Simple. I wonder if it was an homage or ripped off? Does anyone have any idea?
