I mean, the Ethan Hawke thing is probably a quote from Reality Bites. I feel like I’m thinking of the wrong movie. Shit. Not gonna check it, gotta commit. It wouldn’t be off if it also has Pete speaking. But it’s probably an instrumental interlude with the clip over it.

Yea, the less songs, the better. Gimme that fresh album experience.

 

The amount I like these two songs is very surprising to me. I know most say they don’t sound very different from what the band has done on the past few records, so maybe these were released at a time I happen to be more receptive to this sound, but I’m really looking forward to this record.

 

I'm hoping they release two songs every week and we break down the discourse of releasing half the album before it actually releases.

 

I’d be down for one more single, but it is coming soon now so fine with it either way

 

I’m expecting one more single but don’t mind if these two are all we get. Just a few more weeks.
