Was at ATL. I feel gypped I got a song I've only listened to a few times and don't know well(that's on me I guess). Took me well into the chorus of the song for something to sound familiar. However cool to hear a first time play though.

 

I didn't even know this song existed, didn't realize they had any new songs on the compilation records

Ugh I was so hoping they would play Enemies at the NJ date

 

Listening to Enemies on repeat today to force myself to realize how lucky I am.

 

Can't believe the Fenway show is next week. Really, really looking forward to this one and trying to decide what my ideal magic 8-ball song would be. "Lake Effect Kid" keeps coming to mind.

Nah Pavlove is superior, both great songs tho!

 

But for real, is my memory off? Wasn’t 7 Minutes played on the Nintendo Fusion Tour? Anyone else see them on that tour? I’m doubting myself now.

 

Looked at setlist fm and it isn’t listed but for a tour in 2005 I wouldn’t expect it to be 100% accurate. It’s definitely possible they played it a few times on that tour

 

Maybe I’m mixing it up with Sophomore Slump? I know they played that. But I swear I have a memory of 7 Minutes. The set for my date of the tour isn’t posted, so I couldn’t confirm that specific day. If anyone else went to the Pittsburgh date, that’s where I saw the tour.

The one place I know the set was, was on AP. Now it may be lost to time haha

 

From Now on We Are Enemies. Wow, what a pull. Everybody played it well but Patrick’s vocals and Joe’s guitar especially were on point.

 

Wooooow Enemies would have been amazing. I'll be getting scraps next Friday at this point

Sad I couldn’t go last night. Prices for shows are just out of hand and not feasible right now.

 

Last night was probably the best I’ve ever seen them and that dates back to 2006. Part of me didn’t want to make the four hour drive last night, but it was worth it.

 

I have tickets to see them tonight, but I’m extremely depressed because I just lost my cat and I threw up a few times this morning. Game time decision, I guess

 

I'm sorry for your loss. It's always hard losing a pet.

Your cat would want you to be happy. I find live music cathartic a lot of the time. Seeing Thrice a week after a loved one’s funeral was super healing for me.
