Yeah I'm also really stoked for Expensive Mistakes. Definitely gives me some Folie vibes.

 

Y&M is okay, don't like champions, other two are very good. Album should be enjoyable at the very least

 

i went from finding y&m extremely confusing to thinking it's just the best. so fun

 

I like the middle-finger nature of "Young & Menace," but it's not something I return to frequently. I'm excited for the rest of the songs.

 

Idk how much I like young and menace as a song but I love it as an opener

 

I just don't like the noises that the song makes in the chorus

Maybe it's the way the article is laid out, but it's weird to see a quote about songs not being compelling and scrapped comes immediately after a sentence about Y+M and Champion, which weren't actually scrapped.

 

I must've watched various live videos of Expensive Mistakes 50+ times now

 

I wouldn't say it's like a great song or anything but it seems to serve a purpose extremely well, so it's got a lot of merit, so maybe it is good? idk

Champion plays at my job and i realized i love that song way more than i thought i did the first time i heard it

 

Tbh I've always enjoyed that song, despite it sounding more or less how I expected

 

Hold Me Tight has grown on me a lot over the last month. Might be my favorite of the four released songs right now.

The chord progression in HMTOD's prechorus is so good.

It's early to tell yet but so far those latest two tracks have had more replay value than I thought they would.
