Disappointing that the band still doesn't seem to realize how beloved Folie a Deux is.

Hope the "semi-new song" is Pavlove.

Also, expecting the Lake Effect Kid EP to drop either 8/31 or 9/7, maybe a single sooner.

So is Lake Effect Kid. Not sure what you're getting at here - presumably if it was the semi-new song it would be reworked in some way.

why would they rerecord "pavlove," it's complete and officially released already

 

Just wishful thinking. It's not on streaming services and it's from the same era as Lake Effect Kid. If they're revisiting non-album tracks from the Folie era, I'd rather see a Pavlove rework than a Catch Me If You Can/Proclamation rework.

I'd guess the semi-new song is a reworked version of one of the Llamania tracks.

 

I dunno if they'd want to put a song that's been finished and a Japanese-exclusive bonus track for an actual decade on this new EP. Think it's just three songs, one being a finished Lake Effect Kid, but could be mistaken.

Though if Pavlove got a wider release it'd be great, it's fucking brilliant and I'm surprised how few people I know are into this band and know about it.
