Strongly agree, but I think For the Record is one of the best on the album, so I'll add to your statement and say the first FIVE tracks are pure gold haha.

i may get better but we won't ever get well Prestigious

i've thought about getting, one on the "back" of each bicep, "I am the siren that sings you home" and "I am the tooth in your jewelry box"

I finally got around to listening to Keith on the LSS podcast, which was great. He'd be such an interesting person to just sit down with for an hour and start a conversation about anything. All of his little truisms and wisdom are really valuable. You can tell hes learned a lot from being on the road and in a band for so long.

Next Show - Foals April 22nd

I'm maybe 80 pages in, so far so good. I find there's too many metaphors though. The first few chapeters it was like it was every second word haha.

haha yeah ive been noticing it almost immediately. im excited for the story to take shape and to see more of the writing actually establish and develop ray's life in a practical way.

Was re-listening to Hot Damn again today and holy shit, that album has some of the best top to bottom lyrics from this scene. I mean, ETID have always been a cut above most others in terms of lyrics, but HD in particular is just phenomenal.

Holy shit, this is incredible. Super catchy but it gets super heavy too. Reminds me A LOT of Revival Mode.

Yeah 3 songs from the album and I'm liking the production sound of this album more than From Parts Unknown. It's still a fantastic album regardless but Keith gets a bit lost in it at times and I think I prefer him sounding a bit more clear in these new songs.
