AWOL sounds dirty!

 

The release of the two new songs prompted a dive back into their catalog. So glad I did. These guys are the gold standard for modern heavy music IMHO. They just know what works and the new things they try just blend seamlessly.

In addition The dirty bluesy southern style songs I didn’t seem to care for the first time around just really clicked this time. I’m thoroughly excited for this release! Cheers boys!

 

TID The Season was a year ago.. doesn't feel like winter without it

 

Last year's Tid the Season was special to me for a host of reasons but ultimately it stands out as the last "normal" weekend trip I had before COVID started. Got to do an epic 72 hour whirlwind of red-eye flights and a lot of driving with my brother and best friend that I will never forget. I was really looking forward to doing it again this year but let's cross our fingers for 2021.

 

God I was so happy then haha

 

It was a truly great weekend. Cave In, Glassjaw, ETID. Hard to imagine many better lineups.

 

This year’s jersey is up!

 

If the Bills win the Super Bowl they’ll release the album that night.

 

Unfortunately in that scenario the Browns are winning the Super Bowl so I guess we're going to have to wait :/

Just closed on a house last Monday and it's been hectic and stressful moving in but we should be settled enough by Saturday to unwind with a lil ETID Telethon and a lotta beers.

 

As a Pats fan, I'm down with this

 

i know people are probably sick of Map Change but IIIIIIII love that song still

 

why would anyone be sick of it

 

Not sick of it by any means but it’s not their best song.

 

It's a very good song and also probably one of the most accessible ETID songs.

I wanted the Chargers v Bills game to be the same weekend as Tidmas. Kinda glad it wasn’t this year since pandemic and all. Maybe one day it’ll happen.
