I went to one of the Vitus shows...way way less fun than the boat. Vitus for big bands like this is more intimate than it is rowdy and fun.

The third show did not sell out last year. But the other 2, plus the 2 Vitus shows did. I think that's their max for the city. Still impressive.

 

Got my ticket for Night 1 of the boat shows! Wish I could do more but I don't think I can, at least it's one of them though

From what I have heard they are not as close as you'd think they'd be.

2020 makes sense but I wouldn't be shocked if they just dropped some shit out of no where. Seems to be something a lot of bands are fond of doing these days and its pretty wise to do so.


That's complete conjecture though lol

 

They've also never done that. They planned to write recently. But then couldn't resist going on the Coheed tour. No doubt they'll spend the next few months writing and recording (taking breaks for New York, and Shitmas). Early 2020 would be my guess.

 

Spring 2020 plz for an amazing summer tour. You know if they’re ready to release anything next year. Otherwise I’m cool. Maybe another tour next year if they’re not ready.

My god Hot Damn in full was so good. Definitely one of the most fun festival sets I’ve ever seen. I’ve got so many bruises after it though haha.
