Not sure exactly where to post this. Didn't see a Youtube thread. Anyways, not sure if y'all are familiar with h3h3 but they won their lawsuit in which they were sued for copyright infringement. I'm a huge fan of their channel so I'm pretty stoked for them.

And this is the video the were sued over.

 

Don't follow h3h3, but I know of them and have been hearing about their case since it started. Good to see they finally won after all this time. The legal process sounded like a nightmare from what I heard.

 

Honest Trailers is emmy nominated? What did we do to deserve this hellscape

Do people not like Honest Trailers? I usually dig 'em.

 

I hate the whole Honest Trailers/CinemaSins/Everything Wrong With X Movie genre of YouTube.

 

I loathe CinemaSins too. Honest Trailers just seem more light-hearted and genuinely funny.

 

I just hate the implication that I'm too dumb to notice flaws in movies, nah we all do

 

Lights Camera Jackson was nominated for an Emmy. There is no reason to put stock in awards.

 

I just watched a movie about a man who builds a cardboard labyrinth in his apartment written and directed by "Bill Watterson." Could it be...

I watched that too, and wondered the same thing

 

I'm not a fan of 3D movies, but I may wind up seeing the re-release of T2.

Anyone see it yet?

 

Honest Trailers are usually pretty fun. I used to enjoy CinemaSins, but now all their videos are 10+ minutes and just so damn nitpicky. I swear half of them are "ohhh it's so convenient that this happened since coincidentally the plot needed it to". Sure sometimes that's valid, but most of the time it's like, yeah, what do you want man? A movie about a bunch of people sitting on a couch where nothing happens for two hours?

 

Now that sounds like my kind of movie

The Middle is good. I don't watch it consistently and probably haven't seen an episode from the last 3-4 years but it's a very well-written and acted family sitcom.
