Finally watched take shelter. Loved it.

 

Holy shit I had the tv on for a second last night on NBC. I saw that blacklist ep, and wondered wtf was happening lol

 

Woke up with an urge to watch the extended LOTR trilogy. Gonna be a good day. Might do Potter tomorrow. Vacation!

Oh yeah the action movie about the massive hurricane in Puerto Rico is not a reference to Maria, just a weird coincidence

even funnier bc the plot seems to be that a white undercover cop was guarding or scoping out(?) millions of dollars being hidden in a building and the bad guys try to come get it before the storm destroys it? Which everything about that makes way more sense for it to just be in NYC during Sandy lol. Why set it in Puerto Rico unless it’s a direct reference to Maria? Absurd

 

Crazy. I wonder if that means postponed til April or postponed a year?

 

I feel like the should still have 2020 awards, even if its not televised or anything. So what if you don' watch it on TV, 2020 is still a year that exists lol

 

Agreed, I think that’s why the used the word postponed. Still weird, especially since they aren’t for 9 months.

 

Hopefully they cancel them altogether.
